Patricia A. Fox, M.D., P.C., F.A.C.S.
 Dr. Fox completed her General Surgery and Plastic Surgery training at Georgetown University Hospitals. She is presently Chief of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at St. Clare's Hospital and Co-Director of the St. Clare's Cleft Palate Clinic.
Dr. Fox is board certified in Plastic Surgery and an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. She is also a member of the American Cleft-Palate-Craniofacial Association, American College of Surgeons, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons. She is a member and past president of the Society of Plastic Surgeons of Upstate New York.
Dr. Fox has been providing skillful and compassionate plastic surgical care to the community for over 20 years. She is a recipient of the St. Clare's Hospital highest honor, "The Spirit of Healing" award.
When not operating in her Office Operating Suite, Dr. Fox operates at Ellis Hospital McClellan Campus. She consults at Ellis, Sunnyview and Bellevue Hospitals.
She enjoys running, scuba diving, underwater photography and is a strong environmental supporter.
Victor A. Schingo, Jr., M.D.
 Dr. Schingo has a special interest in cosmetic surgery. He recently completed a one-year Fellowship in Cosmetic Surgery at New York University and Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital.
Dr. Schingo is a graduate of New York Medical College. He was awarded Membership in Alpha Omega Alpha, a national medical honor society and received the New York Medical College Trustee Academic Scholarship. He then completed his general surgical residency at the University of Rochester.
His interests in reconstructive surgery were nurtured at the University of San Francisco where he completed his Plastic Surgery residency.
He is Board Certified in Plastic Surgery and General Surgery and is a member of The American Society of Plastic Surgery and The American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Schingo operates at Ellis McClellan Campus, Ellis and Bellevue Hospital and in his Office Operating Room Suite. He also consults at Sunnyview Hospital.
Dr. Schingo has a lovely wife and two children. When time allows, he enjoys running and weight training.
Kelly Heffernan, a Capital District Native, is our Medical Nurse Practioner. Ms Heffernan Has fourteen years experience in the area and has trained extensively with Drs Fox and Schingo. Kelly graduated from and received her RN from and her FNPC from Russel Sage College in Albany, New York.
